Birth Details: Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth — required to generate your Kundali (birth chart).
Name: Your name or the name of the person whose Kundali is being created (up to 3 Kundalis per account).
Chat Messages: Text messages, images, and voice messages you send to the astrologer through the in-app chat feature.
Payment Screenshots: You make payment via the QR code displayed in the App and send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to us through WhatsApp or other social media messaging platforms. We receive and review this screenshot to verify your payment and activate your consultation plan.
WhatsApp / Social Media Contact:When you send a payment screenshot, we receive your phone number or social media profile information as part of the messaging platform's standard functionality.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens used to send you notifications when the astrologer replies to your messages.
Usage Data: App usage statistics such as feature usage, session duration, and crash reports to improve app performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

To Provide Astrological Services: Your birth details are used to generate your Kundali and provide personalized astrological readings and answers.
To Facilitate Chat Consultation: Chat messages (text, images, voice) are delivered to the astrologer so they can review your horoscope and respond to your questions.
To Send Notifications: Push notifications inform you when the astrologer has replied to your messages.
To Process Payments: Payment screenshots sent via WhatsApp or social media are reviewed to verify your payment and manually activate your consultation plan.
To Improve the App: Usage data and crash reports help us fix bugs and improve user experience.

Your data (including birth details, chat history, and Kundali records) is stored securely on our servers.
