Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers payments for Jyotish Sarathi premium plans (3-Month, Yearly and Lifetime), published by Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd. In short: we do not offer refunds. The Free plan exists so you can try the app properly before you pay.

1No Refunds

All payments for Jyotish Sarathi premium plans are non-refundable. This applies to every plan and platform, including when you stop using the app, change devices, or no longer need a feature before the plan ends.

Premium access is a digital licence that is activated for you as soon as your payment is confirmed, so it cannot be returned once delivered.

2Try the Free Plan First

The Free plan is free forever on a single device and includes the core calculations: kundali charts, dasha, panchanga and offline use. Please use it to check that the app suits you, on the device you intend to use, before buying a premium plan.

3How Payment and Activation Work

• Payments are accepted only through the official QR code shown in the app and on our pricing page. We do not use a third-party payment gateway.
• After paying, send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp. We activate your plan manually once the payment is confirmed.
• Payment confirmation and activation are the point at which the sale becomes final.

4Before You Pay

You are responsible for:

• Choosing the plan and platform you need.
• Checking the QR code and the amount before paying.
• Sending the payment confirmation only to our official WhatsApp number or email listed below.

We are not responsible for payments sent to an unofficial QR code or account.

5Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
