Why the whole varga set matters
A D1 chart tells you the shape of a life; the varga charts tell you where a particular matter sits inside that shape. Navamsha (D9) is read for marriage and for the deeper strength of a planet, Dashamsha (D10) for career, Chaturthamsha (D4) for property, Trimshamsha (D30) for difficulty. Reading them from one consistent calculation is the point — a varga chart derived from a different engine than the D1 will quietly disagree with it.
